What is talaq .?
– Talaq is a Arabic word which mean divorce . It is also known as Talaq -e- biddat, instant devorce. Talaq is a process of devorce under the islamic law. Where a muslim husband can devorce her wife by saying thrice time talaq in written & any electronic form. The triple talaq in India term generated when the supreme Court in Shayra Bano case (2017) has declared the practice of triple talaq as unconstitutional.
Types of Talaq.
There are three types of devorce according to islamic law.
1 – Talaq-e-Ashan (90 days)
2 – Talaq-e- Hasan (30+30+30 days)
3 – Talaq-e- Biddat (instant devorce)
Talaq -e- Ashan is the best form of devorce. Here a muslim husband delivers one talaq to his women and wait for 90 days. During 90 days ,there will be no conversation, connectivity between both of them.
Talaq-e – Hasan is also a good form of devorce. Here husband gives talaq to his women of each month for three months . & after every month, they can again combined.)
Talaq-e – Biddat – it is a instant way of devorce. If a man belongs to the religion of Islam pronounce talaq there time, than the devorce is considered immediate & irrevocable.
The only way to do again marriage is through the Nikah Halaala. In Which the women get remarried.

– the triple talaq was just against of Article 14 ( Right of equality) .
